I spoke with the son, I’m sad I forgot his name! But he, and the father (who I believe is the owner), were so nice! They were actually able to help me over the phone. A lot of other companies would have charged me to come out and do what they did over the phone with me. That’s how you know they truly care about their work. They are extremely knowledgeable and experts in their field when they can walk me through an entire rewriting process of my thermostat, and my attics AC unit! We finally have cold air! I’m so thankful and could not recommend them any more highly! Thank you!!!

They have replaced both my furnace and air conditioner with more efficient models when my old ones were DOA.

Cannot enough great things about the service and professionalism. Our unit stopped working and called them in the evening, they came out the next day tried and tested to keep us from having to replace the unit, we had our unit the next day and installed by noon. Rusty and his team was exceptional, they showed up when they said they would and cleaned up and checked out everything. Recommend them highly.

Rusty is GREAT!!! I had a TRANE A/C installed by A1 services in Dallas (DO NOT USE or CALL THEM for ANYTHING!!!!). Rusty informed me the unit was completely wrong. 4 ton condenser with a 2 speed compressor connected to a 3 1/2 ton air handler with single speed fan,duct work badly patched and done and wrong size vapor line.They had scabbed in a piece of 7/8" copper line to 3/4" to attempt to make it look right!!! Unit finally died from surging and fighting itself to death in less than 5 years!! I had asked for a 5 ton unit and this what A1 gave me and installed.They assured me repeatedly it was a 5 ton unit. I received a completely non compatible unit from A1! Well Rusty spent the time discussing with me, my options and fixed me up with a new (real 5 Ton unit) from LENOX and correct new sized liquid/vapor lines and repaired the duct work.Looks amazing. GREAT PRICE and VERY PROFFESIONAL INSTALL. Finally a A/C that cools without even straining and purrrs like a cat.THANKS AGAIN RUSTY for a TRUE PRO experience!!! My advice to anyone looking for any HVAC work/service save yourself the agony-worries and disappointment of A/C work BY GETTING RUSTY to your job FIRST!!!!!! Would recommend to ALL!!!

As a licensed architect in the State of Texas, I appreciate quality workmanship as witnessed with Air Advisors. Response to our air conditioning repair needs was surprisingly fast - I called and Air Advisor and they were at our house within an hour or two - not the typical day or two. Tres determined the cause of the problem and made arrangements for the repair. Workmen came to our house on time and completed the work ahead of schedule with no mess. The workers were total professionals and treated my wife with respect which I greatly appreciate. Trust Air Advisor for all your HVAC work.

This will be the best company you even use there affordable and honest and the customer service is more then you will see from 99% of any service company out there. If you have a problem with your ac or you dont want to have a problem out of your ac call Air Advisor I promise they'll do you right!

I called first thing in the morning because we knew a capacitor was out in one of our units and we were going to be taking care of matters until around 4 p.m., but they were able to attend to our needs after we got home. They did a great job, were very easy to deal with and honest and I will definitely use again.

Rusty the AC tech is the best. Made a accurate diagnostic of a 14 year old AC system. Next day I had a brand new HVAC. Excellent customer service, friendly, knowledgable, trustworthy, and reasonable prices. Highly recommend. AAA+++++
